Depending on the season*, you may have the chance to observe whales and sperm whales. And after this exciting experience, you can swim in a secluded cove, or for snorkeling enthusiasts, you can admire the beauty of the coral reefs and perhaps even spot our sea turtles.
Remember to bring your masks and snorkels if you enjoy freediving (you can rent them at our office).
And after all that… drinks and snacks will be offered.

Can we see dolphins all year round in Martinique?
Dolphins are regularly observed along Martinique’s Caribbean coast. Martinique is home to one of the world’s largest marine sanctuaries, and thanks to our respectful search and approach techniques, our annual sighting rate is around 99%. However, as dolphins are wild animals, their presence can never be guaranteed.
How long does the excursion last?
The excursion is a half-day trip, with a return planned around midday.
How many people can join the excursion?
Our motorboats accommodate groups of between 10 and 14 passengers, while our catamarans are licensed for a maximum of between 24 and 28 passengers.
Can we swim during the excursion?
Yes. A swimming or snorkeling stop is planned, often with the opportunity to observe sea turtles.
Swimming with dolphins is strictly prohibited within the marine sanctuary and may constitute a serious offence.
Where does the dolphin excursion depart from?
Departure is available mainly from Pointe du Bout Marina in Les Trois-Îlets, with departures also possible from Fort-de-France and Anse à l’Âne.
What is included in the excursion?
Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages including rum and punch, as well as a generous snack, are included.
What should we bring for the excursion?
Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a camera, sunglasses and ideally suitable protection from the sun.
